顧今年初的一月魔力紅推出這一首Sugar的 MV,立刻吸引各界的目光,超級洗腦,不只ICRT電台
全力放送,連逛個街都聽到店家狂播,這首混合disco,funk-pop,blue-eyed soul 曲風的洗腦sugar稱
得上算是今年熱門排行榜的前幾名吧!
Sugar是收錄在魔力紅在去年所發行的第五張專輯" V",由Adam Levine, Lukasz Gottwald, Jacob
Kasher Hindlin 和 Mike Posner 所寫成的(好多人喔~),接著就衝進告示排行榜hot 100裡的第二名,
因為她輕快又活潑的節奏,為了拍出這首sugar的MV, 主唱Adam特地找來了他的麻吉David
Dobkin---一位電影導演,以他所導2005年的喜劇電影<<婚禮終結者>>(該電影描述兩位男生闖
進多場陌生人的婚禮為了把到單身的伴娘)為MV的概念來拍.

所以在去年的2014年底時,魔力紅帶著大家在洛杉磯"crash"了好幾對新人的婚禮(好好喔~我也
想被crash),在MV中他們會突然出現在新人舉行婚禮的飯店,讓在場的人們大吃一驚,接著他們就
直接在現場演唱這首sugar讓觀眾陷入瘋狂又歡樂的氣氛(大家都愛魔力紅,魅力真難擋),MV 一
播出立刻引起大家討論其真實性,wiki指出他們其實跟婚禮籌畫業者聯合挑出適合演出地點的
婚禮有哪幾場,新郎一開始只被告知會有一知名樂團會到他們的婚禮上演出,但後來因為魔力紅
怕會有新人不喜歡他們,怕到時候真的把人家的婚禮 crash就尷尬了,所以後來就只有新郎知道
此事,新娘及賓客都被矇在鼓裡.
國外甚至有媒體逗趣地表示,真不知道新娘子最快樂的時候是說I do還是看到魔力紅在台上唱
sugar,不過後來媒體又爆出其實這些場景其實都是安排好的,有些新人也是演員所扮演的,姑且
